Beautiful hotel in the center of Zacatlán. The service is top-notch.

The hotel, in addition to being very beautiful and centrally located, has impeccable facilities. The entire staff is extremely friendly from check-in to check-out. The spa is run by very professional staff, and the massages are top-notch. I think it's worth every penny you pay to stay there... I would definitely return. 10/10

The hotel has an excellent location, the staff is very friendly, and the service is excellent. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and attractive. The restaurant is also beautiful and delicious. I love that the hotel is pet-friendly. It also offers a temazcal and massages.

It's an excellent hotel. The service from the moment we arrived was excellent and very friendly. The room we stayed in was very clean. If you arrive by car, there's a valet who will greet you at the hotel entrance, as the parking lot isn't located on the premises, but is located a few blocks away. To request a vehicle, you must do so 10 minutes in advance.
