The rooms are very nice. This time I got a double-height room since the hotel was full. This is the second time we've stayed here. The beds are very comfortable, and the bar on the ground floor of the room is very cool. The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive. I definitely recommend it.

Beautiful hotel in the center of Zacatlán. The service is top-notch.

The hotel, in addition to being very beautiful and centrally located, has impeccable facilities. The entire staff is extremely friendly from check-in to check-out. The spa is run by very professional staff, and the massages are top-notch. I think it's worth every penny you pay to stay there... I would definitely return. 10/10
