Booking Terms and Conditions


By making a reservation with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:



RESERVATIONS


Reservation Confirmation: To confirm a reservation, a 50% advance payment of the total is required. The remaining payment must be completed upon check-in.

Modifications: Any request to change dates or reservation details is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.


REFUND POLICIES


Full refund: Only valid if cancellation is made 7 days or more in advance before 3:00 pm (check-in time).

Non-refundable: If cancellation is made less than 7 days in advance, there will be no refund.

In the event that the guest does not show up on the day of check-in ("no show"), no refund will be given.


Refund Example:

Case 1: A reservation for January 15th with a cancellation request made on January 7th at 2:30 pm will be issued with a full refund.

Case 2: A reservation for January 15 with a cancellation request on January 9 at 4:00 pm will not be refunded.


Refund Processing: Guests must email 👉🏼front@casasanmiguelhotel.com requesting a refund, providing the following information:

  • Full name.
  • Reservation date.
  • Banking Institution.
  • CLABE account.
  • Account number.


Estimated refund or return time:

  • No Show: N/A
  • Cancellation up to 7 days in advance: 15 to 20 business days after the request and confirmation.
  • Cancellation with less than 7 days notice: N/A
  • Internal error: 2 to 4 business days after the request and confirmation.
  • Customer error: 15 to 20 business days after the request and confirmation.


DATE CHANGE POLICIES


Required notice: Date changes must be requested at least 72 hours prior to the check-in date and time (3:00 pm).

Change Request: To request a change of date, the guest must send a WhatsApp message to 797 121 5286, providing:

  • Name
  • The current date of the reservation.
  • The new desired date.


  • CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE:


Limit: Only one date change is allowed per reservation. Additional requests will not be accepted.

No refunds after booking: Once a date change is approved, the reservation will be non-refundable, even if subsequently cancelled.

Firm reservation: Open reservations are not permitted. You must specify the new date when requesting the change.


CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT


Check-in time: From 3:00 pm

Check-out time: Until 12:00 pm. Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES


Facility Care: Guests are responsible for any damage to the facility during their stay.

Internal Regulations: Failure to comply with the establishment's rules may result in early termination of the stay without the right to a refund.

NO SHOW POLICIES


If the guest does not show up on the check-in day without prior notification, the reservation will be automatically canceled and no refund will be issued.


DOGFRIENDLY POLICIES


The pet fee is $799.00 MXN per night (VAT included). Pets must not weigh more than 10 kg.

It is strictly forbidden for your pet to climb on the hotel furniture (bed, armchairs, furniture, etc.)

Please bring a dog bed.


Pet owners are responsible for covering 100% of the costs of repairing or replacing hotel property damaged by the pet, as well as medical costs in the event that a guest or hotel employee is attacked by the pet.

There will be an extra charge of $500.00 MXN for laundry for each quilt or blanket that the maid reports with a bad odor, feces stains, or excessive fur.

Pets exhibiting aggressive behavior or endangering the physical safety of staff or other hotel guests are not allowed. Pet owners are 100% responsible for any incidents that may occur.

Pet owners agree to monitor their pets' behavior at all times, both inside and outside the room, during their stay at the hotel. Barking or howling is not acceptable, regardless of whether guests are in their rooms, particularly during the night.

Pets are strictly prohibited at all times and under any circumstances from being left alone in the room.

Guests will be subject to a penalty of $500.00 MXN for any violation of any of the provisions mentioned in this contract. This includes bringing pets into the room without prior notice or leaving the room unattended.

The company disclaims any liability in the event that the pet becomes ill, escapes, or suffers an accident while staying at the hotel.

It is the guest's responsibility to carefully read each of the points outlined in these regulations and to comply with them.
